NOTICE OF A SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING REGARDING THE
PROPOSED SUBORDINATE SERVICE DISTRICT TO IMPROVE 222ND STREET
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of Le Ray Township, Blue Earth County will hold a special meeting on October 4, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the Le Ray Town Hall, 20598 631st Avenue, Janesville, MN 56048. The purpose of the special meeting is for the Town Board to consider and act on the petition requesting the establishment of a subordinate service district pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 365A to improve the portion of 222nd Street from Highway 60 to Lakewood Drive with asphalt. The Town Board conducted the hearing on this matter, but will allow additional public input at the meeting. The Town Attorney will be present to help answer questions and to discuss how the district operates if it is established. Owners within the proposed district are encouraged to attend the meeting.
