LE RAY TOWNSHIP PUBLIC NOTICE

    TOWNSHIP ELECTION AND ANNUAL MEETING

 

Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of LeRay Township, County of Blue Earth, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. The Election Poll hours will be from 5:00-8:00 PM at the LeRay Township Hall.  Absentee Voting will be conducted by appointment and at Town Hall from 10:00-12:00 on March 6,2021. 

 

The offices to be elected are:

 

1 – Supervisor for 3 yr term

 

1 – Treasurer 2 yr term

 

                                                                                                                                   

The Board of Canvass Meeting will begin at 8:15 PM after the polls close to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law. The Annual Town Meeting will begin at 8:20 PM with the Regular Monthly Meeting to follow.

 

In the event of inclement weather, the alternative date for the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be March 16, 2021.  Election hour and meeting times will remain the same.
