DESCRIPTION:Notice of Township Election and Annual Meeting \nThe LeRay Township Election of Officers will be held on Tuesday\, March 14\, 2023.  Polls will be open from 5 PM to 8 PM.  The offices to be elected are: \n1 – Supervisor (seat 2 ) for 3 yr term \n1 – Treasurer for 2 yr term \nAffidavits of candidacy may be filed with the LeRay Township Clerk by appointment at LeRay Township Hall\, 20598 631st Ave\, Janesville\, MN 56048. \nFiling opens Tuesday\, January 3\, 2023 and closes Tuesday\, January 17\, 2023 at 5 PM.   A filing fee of $2.00 must be paid to the Township Clerk when filing. Please call (507) 420-7955 to schedule an appointment. \nAbsentee Voting will be conducted on March 11\, 2023 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.    \nThe Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday\, March 14\, 2023 at 8:20 PM at the LeRay Town Hall in Smith’s Mill.  \nIn the event of inclement weather\, the Election and Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday\, March 21\, 2023 at the time and place stated above. \n                               LeRay Township Clerk
